A note from Andrea
Warm, direct, trauma-informed care.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about supporting teens, adults, and families through life’s challenges with compassion, honesty, and care.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, family and relationship challenges, ADHD, and ASD, and I also specialize in supporting first responders and their families.
My approach is warm, direct, and trauma-informed, integrating CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients feel seen, validated, and grounded. I focus on building strong therapeutic relationships through authentic connection — taking time to get to know you, understand your situation, and collaboratively identify treatment goals that reflect your needs and priorities.
A supportive and genuine therapeutic relationship can include moments of lightness and humor when appropriate, as part of creating a comfortable and connected space for the work.
Outside of the office, I enjoy gardening, traveling, and hiking.
